The school day normally follows the following structure:
In general, English, Maths and Guided Reading take place before lunch and the other foundation subjects take place in the afternoons. For more information on the school curriculum, please use the Curriculum tab above.
School Start Time: 8:30 am
8:30 am – the school day starts
8:40 am – the class register ‘closes’
10:35 am -10:50 am – morning break
12:00 am – 12:50 pm lunch break
12:50 pm – 15:00 pm afternoon lessons
School Finish Time: 3:00 pm
These times constitute the legally required compulsory school week of 32.5 hrs
